Xero allows you to send the same invoice to more than one contact at the same time by using contact groups. In this tutorial, we will create a contact group in Xero’s demo company.

To get to the right place in Xero, go to Contacts → All Contacts from the main menu:


How to Create a Contact Group in Xero

To create a contact group, click on the New link next to Groups on the left-hand side of the screen:


In the pop-up box, give the group the name Invoice Group and click Save when ready:


You will now see the new contact group in the list of groups:


That’s all you need to do to create a contact group in Xero. Once it has been created, you can assign contacts to the group and save time by simultaneously sending the same invoice to all the contacts in the group.
